1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fetch Tenders (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Service Overview

Fetch Tenders provides a paid subscription service that allows users to access and receive government tender notifications across South Africa. Subscriptions are billed every six months at R29 per month (R174 per six-month cycle) and include unlimited tender category email notifications.

3. Account and Subscription

To access tender notifications, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. All content on Fetch Tenders is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of tender information.

5. No Liability

Fetch Tenders is not responsible for any loss, damage, or missed opportunities resulting from reliance on tender listings or email notifications. Users access and use the Site at their own discretion and risk.

6. Payments

All payments are securely processed by our payment provider. Fetch Tenders does not store credit card or banking details. Subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted for the period purchased, except where required by law.

7. Changes to Pricing or Service

We may update pricing or subscription features from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect an active paid period already in progress.

8. Termination

Fetch Tenders reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
