We do not track you across the internet and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Subscriptions & Access

Fetch Tenders is a paid service. For R29 per month (billed every six months), you receive unlimited category email notifications and full access to our tender listings. You can update your preferences or cancel future renewals from your account at any time.

Email Preferences

You can manage or unsubscribe from email notifications at any time using the links in our emails or from your account settings.

Data Retention

We keep your account information while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We minimize what we store and limit access.

Your Right to Be Forgotten

You may request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing info@fetchtenders.co.za. We will confirm once deletion is complete.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled by a secure third-party provider; we do not store full payment card details.
